    I would like to have LinkedIn Social chatting available as most of our customers/prospects are on Linkedin compared to FB or Twitter.

  2. Please allow for SVG images to be uploaded for chat buttons.

    With higher resolution screens becoming popular, we are upgrading our images from JPG and PNG to SVG. I would like to be able to upload my Chat button in SVG format (vector).

  5. English UK Dictionary

    Currently the APP does not seem to allow me to select my preferred dictionary of English UK. I only have English USA option. I can see there is a feature there in the settings to update but for some reason I cannot access my native dictionary.

    It would be good If the option would come available.

  9. Show visitors attempted searches

    Allow admin to see visitor search terms when visitor searches the knowledgebase. This will allow admin to see new articles that are necessary and to improve/extend the knowledgebase over time in response to user needs.

  10. Changes in the chat request pop up

    Whenever we receive any chat request on Google Chrome browser the pop up shows at the bottom right corner wherein when we are in Mozilla Firefox browser the pop up shows at the top right corner (Don't have a screenshot) which is not convenient for the Agent point of view, because working on multiple screen sometime we failed to see the pop up, due to which our missed chat count increased hence it would be a suggestion that if you could make changes in the pop up which can pop up at the middle of the screen how it works…

  11. Functional Exit Button

    Call me crazy but when I select the option to Quit a program, it should actually quit. It shouldn't prevent my computer from restarting, it shouldn't sit there staring at me, and I shouldn't have to open Activity Monitor to Force Quit the damn app because you can't hire competent programmers that can't program something as simple at an end function.

    Have the ability to change the colour of the note to make it more obvious, so it is less likely an agent will send a private message to the customer

  16. Report of Visitors

    Can you please add a Report that shows Visitor details? In other words, not just data on chats, but data on Visitors. Fields to display in report are Date-Time-IP Address-Location-visits.

    Longer term project is to allow customers to build their own reports. Just expose all available data fields and let customer drag and drop to create reports and save them for future use. We did that with our platform, it's great because it's the last time you need to build a canned report for anyone - they can do it themselves.   20. More button colour variation - gallery images

    On the adaptive buttons you can change the colour of the button using a colour reference number. It would be really useful to be able to do this on the gallery images provided within COMM100 too.
