  1. Self-end chats by ChatBot

    We have already connected third party Bot, each has Complaint Scenario. This Bot collects data about different things, and then sends to Complaint Department. After the Bot collects and sends data to department, Bot should end conversation.

  2. Ability to add quick reply buttons or similar without having to add text above

    Currently there's no way to add buttons/quick action buttons/quick reply buttons without having to add text above it. Given the size of the default window only allows 3 - 4 words per line, this quickly pushes relevant content above it down. Sometimes I just want to offer the ability to start over, or talk to an agent, without having to explain what these obvious buttons mean. It also takes up a huge amount of screen/window real estate for no good reason.

  3. Trigger a bot intent from other APP

    In other Apps, e.g., a link in an article, if it can be used to open a live chat window and directly trigger a bot intent.

    It will be easier to lead visitors to what they need.
