  2. Allow agent to remain logged in on mobile while using desktop / web app

    Logging in on website while at my computer desk will force log me out of the mobile app. Problem is, if I dont remember to log back in on my mobile app, I miss chats. We need a way to always stay logged in on mobile. But maybe MUTE notifications on mobile if we are logged in elsewhere

  3. Light / Dark Theme Toggle

    We use chat during the day and into the evening hours. Having a toggle switch controlled by the operator to turn the chat theme from the standard bright theme to a dark theme would be great. This would only affect the operators theme and not the customer's chat box, although giving the customer the option of a dark/light chat box theme would be great as well for those customers who's browsers are using a dark theme.

  4. Add an option to access agents private shortcuts

    Other words, Admins should be able to view or edit Agents private canned messages or shortcuts.

  5. Update mobile app to include Facebook Messenger

    Your app currently only works with Website chat, it would be great if I can use the app to also respond to social network messages such as Facebook Messenger.

  6. Agents to be able to change their private canned messages to public

    Change the settings to allow an agent (and site administrator) to amend their private canned message to make it public so other agents in the campaign can use them.
    Currently you have to add them again under the public section but it seems logical to be able to allow them to be moved or copied.

  7. Support for automated messages sent on behalf of an agent to keep the conversation going on while the agent is busy

    A feature request for auto messages that can be configured based on triggers like time elapsed since the last message from the agent or since the conversation started.

    The configured messages should support the same dynamic info as canned messages. Perhaps the messages could be shared or come from the same pool.

  9. insert a clickable phone number into a chat session

    Want to be able to link a phone number via chat, similar to how html offer sms: and tel: links that can be clicked to start a message or phone call on mobile devices.

  10. Allow chats to be searched by IP Address and Chat ID

    Under History> Chats, when we only know visitor's IP address and would like to search previous chats with the same IP address.

    Each chat does have a chat ID, agent would like to search chats by chat ID.

  13. Extend Google Analytics Event Integration (with GTM)

    Extend the Google Analytics Event Integration with the campaign name and trigger rule as an event label/event category. Now only the type of chat is visible eg. Invitation/chat/... But would love to see which invitation rule led to the e-commerce transaction.

  14. Multiple chat windows

    I would love to have one more display for the chat window for the agent side, for example, if there are 4 ongoing chats, all of them will be shown directly in the chat screen so that we can see all of them ongoing instead of shifting the tabs one by one.

  17. Allow adaptive chat bubble placement to be adjusted by pixels, like the non-adaptive graphics

    The current adaptive graphic looks great with the animation, but it's placement can block action buttons on our website, so we need to be able to adjust it.

  20. Allow more control over My Chats columns width for Agents

    Seems the width of My Chats columns is 256 pixels, which could be an issue for vertical screens as there's ton of empty real estate.

    Take away the minimum width limit.
