Integration with Salesforce Knowledge
For customers who heavily rely on Salesforce are also utilizing their Knowledge Base component. Makes sense to ensure there is a seamless integration between Live Chat and Salesforce's Knowledge Base piece.

Our IT Team has done a Salesforce KB integration using Agent Console Extension before, here is the sample in git.
Basically, the extension can log in SF KB, search and send an article. If there is a need for more features, please use the sample code for your development.
